Extra hands. Shared standards. Your name on the work.

Indexfolk is being built around a simple idea: an agency should be able to offer thoughtful search work without building every delivery capability in-house.

THE ROLE WE PLAY

You lead the relationship.
We support the delivery.

A good partner makes the handoff feel smaller.

When a client asks for SEO, the request can quickly become a list of jobs: research, content, technical fixes, local profiles, outreach and reporting. Coordinating those jobs should not become a second business for your agency.

Our role is to turn that list into an agreed plan, do the work within a defined scope and give you a clear account of what happened. You stay in control of the client conversation.

HOW THE PARTNERSHIP SHOULD FEEL

Easy to brief.
Easy to hold accountable.

Your client stays yours.

You approve any client-facing work or direct contact. We do not turn a delivery relationship into a competing sales conversation.

The scope is visible.

Page counts, content allowances, implementation hours and exclusions belong in the agreement. Extra requests get a price before they become extra work.

The report explains the work.

We separate completed actions, observed changes and next steps. A ranking movement is an observation; it is not automatically evidence that one particular edit caused it.

THE FIRST MONTH

A proper start.
Then a repeatable rhythm.

Onboarding and the first audit use part of the first month’s capacity. We agree the remaining production work before we begin.
